While our website automatically recognizes your Internet Service Provider, you cannot be identified as an individual. When someone makes a donation to Oregon HEAT online, the donation is verified, completed and encrypted by Acceptiva, which owns and operates the website.  Government records confirm Acceptiva as a valid business.
