Eradicating the causes and conditions of poverty that exist in Oregon

Fair and Clean Energy Coalition (FCEC)

The FCEC is a coalition of environmental, human service, consumer and faith based organizations in Oregon concerned with low-income home weatherization funding and the Oregon Energy Assistance Program.

League of Utilities and Social Service Agencies (LUSSA)

Helps low income Oregonians meet their utility needs by facilitating communication and coordinating action between utilities, social service agencies, governments and other parties.

Oregon Department of Energy

Ensures Oregon has an adequate supply of reliable and affordable energy and is safe from nuclear contamination, by helping Oregonians save energy, develop clean energy resources, promote renewable energy, and clean up nuclear waste

Oregon Department of Human Services

Helps people to become independent, healthy and safe

Oregon Energy Coordinators Association (OECA)

Working toward energy solutions for eligible households to reduce their heating and cooling costs. This group is made up of members from Community Action, housing, tribal and senior groups among others

Oregon Housing and Community Services

Enables Oregonians to gain housing, become self-sufficient and achieve prosperity

National Fuel Funds Network (NFFN)

Its purpose is to increase resources available to meet the energy needs of low-income people

National Low Income Energy Consortium (NLIEC)

Reducing the residential energy hardships and crises faced by low-income people

Northwest Energy Coalition (NWEC)

Promotes development of renewable energy and energy conservation, consumer protection, low-income energy assistance, and fish and wildlife restoration on the Columbia and Snake rivers.
